I loved the Fausto Puglisi show this year and like always he is a great stylist when it comes to short skirts.
Triangles, circles, laser cut-outs and basically anything including shapes is his language. This year I will be able to tell his designs apart from others when I start seeing them in the market, he is slowly but surely setting himself a trend and very own style apart from other designers.
Milan’s new gem, Ceresio 7. The historical building owned by two of my favorite designers Dsquared2 now includes this beautiful restaurant with pools on the top floor terrace of their building, only a few months old and a dream come true for Milan 🙂 I had a great time here with friends during fashion week. It was sunny and the food was lovely, a must visit when in Milan.
I was wearing the new Moschino Jeans with Chinese embroidery on one side with my favorite Elisabetta Franchi leather jacket and the cut out Balenciagas. It was my first day out with the beautiful Hermes Constance 25cm.
Loving the new fluorescent spring prints by MSGM this season. This dress was my favorite of his new collection (but I still love all his pieces)! Once again the Italians have great taste 🙂 I wore it during Milan Fashionweek to the Cavalli Opening Party with my Elisabetta Franchi coat and Kurt Geiger Wedges which gave my feet a good break as I was tired of wearing slim heels walking around the streets of Milan. Wedges are always comfortable and thank god they have been created to save us women from the pain of walking in heels!
A sunny day during Milan fashion week I walked around as a chunk of solid gold (this is what it takes to get snapped ha!). It takes guts to wear this piece but that’s what makes it so special!
I was lucky to have received this gorgeous piece by “Plush By Pashmina” right before the fashion season as it was quite the magnet to street style photographers! 🙂 The best thing about this gorgeous sweater is it’s also a two-way piece! From the inside it has a leopard print which you can see in my pictures.
The Swedish brand Monki has seriously grown on me. They are doing very well in the fashion industry and I realized I have been shopping there a lot lately! You can shop them on their website or find them on shopping sites like Asos and Polyvore which are also part of my favorites 🙂 This print on my shirt by Monki also exists on a dress, a crop top and a few other items…yes it took me an hour to tell myself to choose just one item with this design! 🙂 I immediately paired the shirt with one of those gorgeous statement heels by “& Other Stories” which I bought as an SOS for a night out after my other new heels had cracked from running around the streets of Milan from one event to the other…and they were brand new 🙁 Pinko have just revealed their new collection and I’m lucky to have gotten my hands on their new studded boyfriend jeans!
Milano Ti Amo
Here you have the best food, weather, and fashion all in one city! Milano Ti Amo and I mean it 🙂 I finally share with you how I styled my oversized fur vest by Aya Afify and my Marilyn Monroe Converse by the talented young Egyptian artist Nour Omar. The shoe designs by Nour Omar are impeccable and I won’t forget the woman I met on an escalator who went insane over them!
The best thing is she ships internationally and can also custom design your orders!
LoveByN for The Sahara Collection
I’m ecstatic to be in collaboration with the famous Sahara Collection brand owned by the two Egyptian sisters and designers, Karmah & Zeina Sabry. The Sahara Collection is all about combining today’s high-end fashion with Egypt’s diverse cultural mix & rich vintage elements into the finest and most comfortable fabrics and fits. I truly loved their collection and especially their gorgeous jewellery.
I decided to wear their stunning green maxi dress on the second day of Milan fashion week for a lunch reception and was actually shot by a few fashionweek street style photographers on my way as the dress was quite a statement 🙂 I styled it with this amazing vintage fur hat and my Chloe Susanna booties 🙂
Gotta Love Moschino
I’m a big Moschino fan and I couldn’t resist their new little Chinese worker prints 🙂 For the first day of Milan Fashion-week I wore this stunning Moschino dress and paired it with my black Valentino stud shoes. I decided to wear no other than my rose sac du jour bag by YSL. They come in all shades of pink this season so if you’re a pink fan be sure to get yours now! 🙂 It was quite an eye-catching outfit. I attended 2 openings, a cocktail and one show with this outfit from which you can see some pictures here as well.
