My Isabelli

I’m sure many of you have lately noticed the trend of those colorful bags. The Mochila bags by My Isabelli are handwoven by the Wayuus who are a group of indigenous people inhabiting the Guajira Peninsula in Colombia. Each bag is unique. Weaving those bags is a means of living for this tribe so when you buy this bag you are truly supporting craftsmanship 🙂 On this day in Beirut I was heading to the graveyard to visit my grandma who had passed away recently and I had to wear something long and also not black as she always disliked black on me 🙂 So I wore this long white dress by H&M and my straw hat to avoid Beirut’s strong sun especially that I would be standing in the sun for some time.
